What we do
CMT manufacturing for womenswear, done properly.
You supply the design and fabric; we cut, make and trim. From your tech pack or an approved sample, we deliver production runs that match the garment you signed off — style after style, repeat after repeat.
Everything happens in the UK, in our own Leicester unit, by machinists we employ directly. That means fair conditions, full visibility, no sub-contract surprises — and lead times measured in weeks, not seasons.

How we work
Four steps. No guesswork.
Nothing goes into bulk until you have approved a sample you can hold in your hands. From there, every order runs through our live production tracker — so you always know exactly which stage your styles are at, without having to chase.

Sampling
Our in-house sample team develops your style from a tech pack, sketch or reference garment. We iterate until you approve — nothing is cut in bulk before sign-off.

Cutting
Fabric is checked in, relaxed and laid, then cut against the approved sample's specs and your size ratios for a clean, consistent run.

Production
Our machinists sew your order on dedicated lines. Progress is logged in our live tracking system at every stage, so your order's status is never a mystery.

Quality check & delivery
Every garment is inspected, pressed and packed to your packing list, then booked for dispatch — arriving floor-ready, on the date we agreed.
